FBI Flagrantly Violates Fourth Amendment

When NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden sounded the alarm of Emperor Obama’s mass surveillance, one of the most crucial pieces of evidence he offered pertained to FISA warrants.

FISA warrants, which are given already dubious legal standing through the highly controversial PATRIOT Act, allegedly protect the Fourth Amendment rights of individuals when varied American intelligence agencies dig into their most personal data via varied electronic platforms.

And, surprise, surprise, Snowden made it rather clear that FISA warrants are effectively a “rubber stamp” process, which means that intelligence agencies receive these warrants and so-called justification for effectively snooping into Americans’ personal lives with absolutely zero impunity.

Hilariously, albeit scarily, intelligence agencies have become so emboldened that they feel just fine continuing to abuse the FISA warrant process literally a decade after Snowden’s revelations.

In fact, the clearly weaponized intelligence communities have gone as far as to abuse FISA warrants with regards to a Republican in charge of investigating FISA abuse …. underscoring the degree to which these secretive federal agencies literally operate outside of the law.

“The FBI may have abused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to spy on the very congressman tasked with overseeing FISA, according to revelations at a congressional hearing Thursday …

Rep. Darin LaHood (R-IL), a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said at a committee hearing that he has reason to believe that he is the unnamed congressman who, a recently declassified report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) admitted, FBI agents wrongfully conducted a search on,” the Daily Wire reports.

Wow. Talk about bold. Openly spy on the representative tasked with investigating rather obvious corruption within the intelligence community in the first place.

Way to prove all the so-called “conspiracy theorists” right … again.

Unfortunately, despite the horrors of corruption exposed by these revelations, one who has been cognizant of the ultra-left’s tactics is not overly surprised, given the extreme political weaponization of varied intelligence agency.

These same agencies also boldly swung the election in favor of Biden by spreading absolute lies regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop(s), including the fact that the heinous laptops were “Russian disinformation.”

Considering they openly aided and abetted Biden along his path to a treacherous, highly contested “victory,” it is not overly surprising that the agencies feel just fine operating well outside the legal boundaries they theoretically operate within.

Provided they continue to harass and obstruct conservatives, or really anyone who remembers the real vision and purpose of the United States, as explicitly outlined in the Constitution.

Representative LaHood is clearly disturbed, and he made his sentiments abundantly known.

“I want to make clear the FBI’s inappropriate querying of a duly elected member of Congress is egregious and a violation not only that degrades the trust in FISA, but is viewed as a threat to the separation of powers …

I have had the opportunity to review the classified summary of this violation, and it is my opinion that the member of Congress that was wrongfully queried multiple times solely by his name was in fact me,” LaHood remarked in disbelief.

Scary times.

One can only imagine how many unlawful FISA searches were and continue to be conducted upon those who dare to espouse conservative views …
