Breitbart News recently acquired exclusive photos that reveal Nancy Pelosi, the current Speaker of the House, declining to wear a mask at a highly crowded event being held indoors. The sight of a maskless Pelosi in public emerges a grand total of one day after Joe Biden ordered all Americans to resume wearing masks while indoors.
In the photos, Pelosi appears to be attending a Washington, D.C. party hosted by the California State Society. The photos depict Pelosi surrounded by multiple guests, including children, all of whom are wearing masks. Pelosi, however, opted to refrain from a mask for reasons unknown.
The party presumably took place at the Museum of American History, and event tickets clearly instruct all attendees over the age of 2 to don masks prior to entering.
“All visitors … are required to wear a mask while visiting Smithsonian museums and indoor spaces, regardless of their vaccination status,” the instructions state.
An official from Pelosi’s office, Drew Hamill, has yet to reply to requests for comment.
The D.C. source responsible for obtaining the photos noted that security personnel ordered them to put on masks immediately after their arrival. However, security personnel apparently did not extend similar orders to Pelosi, who pressed on unperturbed in spite of Biden’s warnings to Americans just one day before.
“Sooner or later we are going to see cases of this new variant here in the United States,” Biden declared, requesting for all Americans to please wear masks while “indoors [and] in public settings around other people.”
However, Pelosi has previously disregarded various COVID restrictions that have been relentlessly pushed by the Democrat Party.
For instance, during the zenith of lockdowns in California, Pelosi’s home state, the House Speaker decided to ditch a mask and visit a local hair salon to receive a medically unnecessary blowout service.
Remarkably, Pelosi was able to receive service even though Newsom’s government had ordered all salons to shutter their doors to other customers for multiple months, particularly since blow-drying rituals were discouraged due to the higher risk of spreading germs.
Aside from Pelosi, Biden himself has also repeatedly violated his own mask mandates while standing in close proximity to other people. For instance, only two days ago, Biden declined to wear a mask inside a crowded store in Nantucket, despite a sign that indicated masks were required.
In spite of these photos, the White House refuses to acknowledge that Biden has broken any official guidelines regarding masks.
