Over the ironically named “Summer of Love” in 2020, an array of political violence, including vandalism, looting, and riots, was brazenly carried out by anti-American leftists through the efforts of BLM and Antifa, both of which are linked to nefarious funding sources.
The leftists caused immense damage during their riots, destroying federal property and private businesses, as well as terrorizing private citizens and law enforcement officials.
However, Biden, along with other Democrats, largely ignored the extreme violence for political reasons, a flagrant display of double standards. In some instances, Democrats even openly encouraged violent tactics. Ironically, it appears that the FBI also deliberately ignored the protests as well, in yet another incident of the federal agency’s intense politicization.
In the past week, Timothy Langan, who serves as the FBI Assistant Director of Counterterrorism, delivered a congressional hearing titled “Confronting Violent White Supremacy (Part VI): Examining the Biden Administration’s Counterterrorism Strategy.” During the hearing, Langan admitted that the FBI does not perceive Antifa as an “organization,” which supposedly means that the FBI does not have any specific information regarding the activities of the group.
Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) directly asked Langan about the FBI’s classification system for various groups, notable which groups would fall into “the anti-government category.”
“Would that include groups like Antifa or Black Lives Matter, [individuals] who commit violence or acts of domestic terrorism?” Mace queried.
Langan stalled in the response, claiming that the FBI doesn’t “identify groups,” but rather “individuals’ actions.”
“So if individuals are committing [anti-government] actions or anarchist ideals, then they would [be classified] into that category,” Langan added.
Mace continued to press Langan as to whether or not either BLM or Antifa would fall into this category, given their obvious self-identification as an “anarchist group.”
However, Langan instead replied that BLM and Antifa constitute a “movement,” rather than a group.
When Mace continued to press Langan on the number of acts of domestic terrorism or violence that Antifa had promoted in the past two years, Langan was unable to answer as well.
Apparently, the FBI does not “categorize Antifa,” or “collate information regarding Antifa.”
In addition, Langan revealed that a grand total of 75 arrests have been made across the entire nation after thousands engaged in wanton violence.
