Bungling Biden Hands Hamas (Another) Helping Hand

So much for that “ironclad” support of Israel.

Indeed, if the support was so “ironclad,” precisely why is the White House leaking details of “President” Biden’s phone calls with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu?

After Iran launched a massive drone attack against Israel, Biden apparently found it appropriate to inform Netanyahu that the United States would take no part in counterstrikes, as well as leak that element of the phone call to the press.

In other words, Biden is advertising to the world that Israel is on its own when defending itself against Iran, all to appease the radical “ceasefire” protestors who were more than happy to see Israel violently attacked.

Tellingly, the strike against Israel constitutes the first time the rogue regime has ever acted directly against the Jewish state.

Ordinarily, Iran likes to operate behind Hamas and other groups in order to claim plausible deniability.

Now, however, Iran is clearly emboldened, in large part due to the individual occupying the White House right now.

Much to the rage of Senator Marco Rubio, who ripped apart Biden’s apparent willingness to kowtow to the pro-Hamas crowd by deliberately leaking part of his calls with Netanyahu.

In particular the elements of calls where Biden appears to demonstrate tepid support, at best, for the longtime US ally.

Per Rubio, Biden’s cowardly leak is merely designed to kowtow to the “antisemites, anti-Israel, [and] pro terrorist element” dominating the media now.

“They know that Israel’s going to respond – they know that for a fact … So, why would the White House leak it?” Rubio declared irritably in remarks to CNN.

Why, to appease the woke millennials and Gen Z who live on TikTok, of course.

“There’s only one reason they leaked that … And that is that so when Israel does respond, the White House can say, ‘We told them not to do it,’ and at least somehow in some way, appease these so-called peace activists,” Rubio continued.

Yeah. “Peace activists” who are all in favor of attacks on Israel. Which Rubio also notes.

“These ‘ceasefire now’ people who were out yesterday cheering the launch of hundreds of rockets and drones and missiles against Israel; people that are out there cheering military attacks of this scale and scope are not peace activists – these are antisemites, anti-Israel, pro terrorist elements out there,” Rubio added.

Absolutely correct.

An inconvenient fact that the media, not to mention Ivy League university presidents, chooses to ignore.

“And we need to stop calling them peace activists … They are not peace activists. You don’t – peace activists do not cheer massive attacks against other countries, which is what they were doing yesterday. So, I guess this is part of the White House’s effort to appease them by putting this out that proactively,” Rubio added.

And precisely why does the White House have such a vested interest in protecting individuals who are clearly so opposed to Israel?

For that matter, why does the White House have such an interest in appearing so weak, period?

One can only imagine.

Richard Goldberg, who was a member of former President Trump’s National Security Council, informed Fox News Digital that it is rather clear that Biden’s weakness has undoubtedly played a role in emboldening Iran.

Specifically through allowing Iran to continue playing around with billions that Biden happened to unfreeze shortly before the October 7 attack on Israel.

“This was a massive, unprecedented and unacceptable strategic attack on Israel … It would be a huge mistake to pull Israel back from a military retaliation, but it’s downright insanity to keep $10 billion accessible to Tehran in the aftermath. The president needs to lock down all the money he made available to Tehran these past months,” Goldberg declared.

Alas, Biden has yet to make any more on freezing those billions. He’s a lot quicker when it comes to leaking phone calls with Netanyahu.

“If the president is looking for economic and diplomatic responses to the Iranian attack, there are three obvious ones available: lock down the $10 billion, enforce U.S. oil sanctions and snap back U.N. sanctions. If Biden avoids these steps, this isn’t escalation avoidance. It’s continued appeasement,” Goldberg continued.

What do you want to bet that Biden rides the appeasement train all the way to November 2024?
