Dems Threaten Private Property Through Insidious “Squatters’ Rights”

Donald Trump, Jr. calls it like he sees it, and one thing he sees is “squatters’ rights” becoming yet another troubling trend in Biden’s America.

“The fact that ‘squatters rights’ are becoming a thing in Joe Biden’s America & they’re the ones getting the benefit of the doubt tells you everything about the trajectory of America under Democrat control,” Trump Jr. remarked.

Yep. Illegals are undoubtedly taking note. If not already doing so themselves.

“How long till someone moves into your home and throws you out?” Trump Jr. demanded.

Well, in Massachusetts, that could be quite soon.

Just consider Governor Maura Healey’s insufferable commentary that openly encourages illegals to continue arriving in droves.

“These numbers are being driven by a surge of new arrivals in our country who’ve been through some of the hardest journeys imaginable. They are the face of the international migrant crisis. They’re here because where they came from is too dangerous to stay … They’re here because Massachusetts has and will always be a beacon of hope, compassion, humanity and opportunity,” Healey waxed poetically.

Eh, they’re “here” for the freebies, Healey.

In addition to its blatantly pro-illegal migrant sentiments, Massachusetts is also notorious for rather shockingly calling upon its residents to host migrant families.

Apparently, the city is almost out of housing, not to mention recreational facilities repurposed for illegals. Predictably, Massachusetts also has “right to shelter” laws, meaning that no one can ever be homeless, a “right” that apparently extends to illegals … who are invading Americans’ shelter.

An invasion openly encouraged by Massachusetts Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll, who brazenly asked for residents to house migrants.

That’s right: Rather than end the absurd “sanctuary city” status, Massachusetts has unwisely opted to encourage American citizens to house illegals in their own home.

“This is not a crisis that our family shelter system was designed to handle. For months now, state government and our providers have been doing the work of stretching the system as far as it can safely go. But we really need to bring more people into this work to make it a true team effort. If you have an extra room or suite in your home, please consider hosting a family. Safe housing and shelter is our most pressing need,” Driscoll blared.

Wow. Astonishing, that the Democrats call for everyone to “work together” to enforce immigration laws that Biden has cheerily disregarded since taking power.

Currently, Republican New York state Assemblyman Jake Blumencranz is attempting to pass a bill that disables squatters from terrorizing homeowners, who have been openly threatened by people who have taken over their homes.

Crazily, it just takes 30 days to establish “residence” in New York, which means inherited properties and other homes otherwise unoccupied run the risk of being “legally” stolen by squatters.

Total madness, and totally in alignment with standard liberal practices.

“People can stay in homes for years, years, without having justice brought to them for essentially staying for free and making homeowners pay the bill. We’re making sure squatters can’t take advantage of the law, that’s all we’re doing,” Blumencranz declared.

One can only hope that “squatters’ rights” vanish into the night.
