Supreme Court Smashes Guileless Globalists In Seminal Ruling

“BREAKING: In a 6-3 decision SCOTUS allows Texas to begin enforcing SB4 that allows the arrest of illegal immigrants. We still have to have hearings in the 5th circuit federal court of appeals. But this is clearly a positive development.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott gleefully issued this proclamation on X, highlighting the decision that many Americans have been waiting for: Whether or not the Court would strike down S.B.4.

S.B.4 is a state law passed under Abbott that effectively proclaims that the state will do what the federal government won’t: Intervene and arrest illegals crossing the border.

To pass the act, Abbott invoked the State War Powers Act, which holds that states have the right to defend themselves from an invasion.

Considering the flood of Beijing-backed fentanyl flooding across the border, after sending COVID across every border, it’s safe to say that the United States is under an atypical state of invasion.

Throw in the fact that tens of thousands of Islamic militants have been captured at the border as well, meaning several more have gotten into the nation with ease, it should be even less of a mystery as to why Texas is rightfully taking action to defend its residents and defend the nation.

The implementation of S.B.4 was put on hold recently as the Supreme Court reviewed the constitutionality of the case, making quite a few conservatives, or individuals interested in basic border security, edgy.

The entire saga began when a lower court judge in ultra-liberal Austin had temporarily blocked the order on March 5, claiming that S.B. 4 “could open the door to each state passing its own version of immigration laws.”

Hey, considering the federal government appears intent on creating its own version of wide open borders, perhaps states should intervene in a matter wherein the swamp is driven by nothing other than sheer incompetence.

The lower court decision was subsequently overturned by a higher court, which some mainstream media derisively refers to as a “MAGA stronghold.”

That means that the Fifth Court actually does its job.

The Supreme Court, however, strangely intervened upon dispute between the two courts, though apparently the sane justices saw the reality of what Texas was trying to do – merely enforced the law that the feds themselves should technically be following.

So, as it turns out, the Court ruled, 6-3, that Texas had the right to proceed, though the Court also urged a resolution amongst the lower courts regarding the state law.

Predictably, all three woke judges, primarily Obama and Biden picks, whined about the outcome of the case.

Indeed, the “liberal” justices whined that the majority was inviting “further chaos and crisis in immigration enforcement.”

Ah. Because a documented 7.2 million illegals and counting swarming across the border isn’t inviting “further chaos.”

Heck, that’s greater than the entire population of Norway, not to mention 36 different states.

“The Court gives a green light to a law that will upend the long-standing federal-state balance of power and sow chaos,” liberal justice Sonia Sotomayor angrily intoned, who was predictably backed up by Kentanji Brown Jackson.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tell that to the families who have been violently victimized by illegals.

Unsurprising, Sotomayor was none other than Obama’s pick while Jackson was Biden’s.

Solicitor General Elizabeth B. Prelogar, yet another woke one representing the Biden administration, raged about the outcome of the Court decision, declaring that “[S.B. 4] prevents the Nation from speaking ‘with one voice’ in matters involving foreign affairs.”

Funny. As most Americans seem to have “one voice” behind basic border security, including multiple Americans from “both sides” of the aisle.

Prelogar also ranted that the Court ruling was “flatly inconsistent” with previous precedents.

Of course, the federal solicitor general didn’t address the fact that Biden’s open borders have long been “flatly inconsistent” with the very federal laws that he’s tasked with following.

It’s safe to say that Texas Solicitor General Aaron L. Nielson has a tad more of a clue than any Biden representative.

“Texas is the nation’s first-line defense against transnational violence … [Texas] has been forced to deal with the deadly consequences of the federal government’s inability or unwillingness to protect the border,” Nielson boomed.

Seriously! A tad more convincing than Prelogar waxing on about “one voice” nonsense.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also affirmed Abbott’s and Nielson’s positions, asserting that “[state law] mirrors, rather than conflicts with federal law.”

Indeed, it does.

Now that’s the “one voice” that Ms. Prelogar claims to be looking for.
