Devious Dems Launch Absurd Scheme To Remove Trump From Ballot

“States may not unilaterally disqualify Donald Trump from the ballot’, they said in an unsigned opinion. ‘The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court is reversed.”

In a few words, the Supreme Court succeeded in upending the Dems’ rather demented plans for removing Trump from various state ballots.

Colorado was a particularly outspoken state, proudly serving as the first state to summarily remove Trump from the ballot.

A removal that was promptly reversed by the Court … Much to the Democrats’ rage.

Which is why they are already plotting yet another scheme to keep Trump off the ballot.

Rather hilarious, really, considering how desperate the party is to keep Trump off the ballot … Almost as if the Dems are well aware of what a disastrous candidate Biden truly is.

Democrat Jamie Raskin is currently collaborating with Eric Swalwell and Debbie Wasserman Schultz to keep Trump off the ballot.

Fitting that Swalwell would be involved, considering he is the most well known for being seduced by a Chinese sex spy.

The terrible trio is apparently united “[to] revive legislation that [they] had to set up a process by which [they] could determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by section three of the 14th amendment.”

Sounds about as fair and balanced as Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 committee.

“The House of Representatives already impeached Donald Trump for participating in insurrection by inciting it … So, the House has already pronounced upon that,” Raskin proclaimed to CNN.

A Pelosi-led house impeached Trump? Wow, what a shocker!

Pitiably, the Dems in Congress are rather eagerly supported by the Dems in other woke states, including Colorado secretary of state Jena Griswold.

“I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrections from our ballot,” Griswold whined on X.

Does she even think before she posts? In what universe does state authority supersede federal authority?

Oh, that’s right – Colorado is a de facto sanctuary state. What else is to be expected!

Griswold continued her tantrum on MSNBC, which is always ready and willing to listen to varied Democrat grievances.

“We all know that Congress is a nearly non-functioning body … It will be up to the American voters to save our democracy,” Griswold whined on MSNBC, in direct reference to the GOP’s current, albeit slight, majority.

While the Dems, including Dems compromised by Chinese spies, are busy working away at undermining the American people’s will, some Dems have taken a more reasonable approach … if only because election season will occur imminently.

One such Dem includes Jared Golden.

“The Supreme Court got it right,” Golden mused, though he couldn’t resist complaining about Trump during his musings.

“I believe Donald Trump incited the violence that took place on January 6, and my vote to impeach him for it reflects that belief. But the House impeachment vote alone is not enough to preclude him from the ballot … We are a nation of laws and a democracy. Today’s unanimous Supreme Court decision affirms that Maine voters should – and will – decide if Donald Trump ought to be president again,” Golden added.

Well, that’s certainly a saner position than the ultra-woke.

Shame that the ultra-woke happen to have the loudest voice in the room.
