Biden Inflicts Massive Punishment On Musk Over Trump

Looks like the Biden administration is quite peeved that Trump’s interview with Tucker Carlson on Twitter broke well over 100 million views in under four hours.

As well known by most conservatives, Trump’s Twitter interview occurred in lieu of participation in the circus on Fox News.

The number is probably well over 200 million by now, if not more.

Which has left the White House steaming mad, given its predictable weaponization of the DOJ.

Indeed, the Department of “Justice” has decided to punish Twitter CEO Elon Musk, chiefly by threatening to disrupt Musk’s other business ventures, including SpaceX.

As evidenced by the pathetic lawsuit that the DOJ just launched against Musk’s space exploration company.

As detailed by the Daily Mail, the DOJ is actually punishing Musk for not hiring illegals.

“The lawsuit alleges that, from at least September 2018 to May 2022, SpaceX routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act,” the DOJ brayed.

Seriously?

So, in other words, Musk refused to hire illegals due to their absence of a green card, which meant he followed the law.

Of course, the Biden regime would sue Musk for following immigration law.

Which is probably why the DOJ doesn’t appear to cite a single law Musk violated, beyond generalities.

“Our investigation found that SpaceX failed to fairly consider or hire asylees and refugees because of their citizenship status and imposed what amounted to a ban on their hire regardless of their qualification, in violation of federal law,” the DOJ added.

Wow. Just wow.

Ever occur to the DOJ that one not only requires at least a green card, but also top-level security clearance to work at SpaceX?

Given the military elements involved?

Of course, all the DOJ cares about is giving away top security clearance jobs to illegals, apparently.

“Our investigation found that SpaceX recruiters and high-level officials took actions that actively discouraged asylees and refugees from seeking work opportunities at the company,” the DOJ sneered.

Yeah. Because working at SpaceX is a tad different than working at a local McDonald’s.

Not to mention a lot more sensitive.

The DOJ also claimed that Musk made a series of “discriminatory public statements,” clearly forgetting all of Biden’s blatantly racialized remarks.

That said, check out what “discriminatory” is if it’s Musk, apparently.

“U.S. law requires at least a green card to be hired at SpaceX, as rockets are advanced weapons technology,” Musk intoned.

Apparently, citing the law is “discriminatory” under Biden’s DOJ.

And, even more apparently, average citizens are disgusted.

“There are security considerations with SpaceX hiring practices. This administration is ridiculous,” one individual remarked.

“Actually … there are MANY areas you can ONLY work if you are a citizen … as it should be … now tell me Biden isn’t tied to China? Because that’s what this is all about,” another person added.

That’s likely exactly what this is all about.

After all, it’s clearly time for “the Big Guy” to pay his dues to his Beijing paymasters.
