For someone so insistent on having nothing to do with “Hunter’s” business deals, President Joe Biden sure has quite a few inconvenient skeletons surfacing to light.
In fact, these skeletons are increasingly suggestive of the fact that it has really been the president himself, rather than his son, who has served as the chief engineer of all the nefarious wheeling and dealing all along.
One of the darkest skeletons to surface includes his documented connection with one of the richest women in Russia, billionaire Yelena Baturina.
Baturina is the wife of Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, who was not only widely known for running a “pyramid” of corruption out of Moscow, but also known as being considered “bright and courageous” by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Predictably, as is the case with pretty much every Russian billionaire, Baturina’s ties to the Russian mafia, not to mention Putin himself, also run deep.
A depth that Mr. Biden was apparently eager to take part in, given the rather disturbing dinner he had with Ms. Baturina in 2014, as revealed by the Daily Mail.
Astonishingly, Biden met with the Russian-mafia affiliated billionaire in Washington, D.C., along with Hunter, Devon Archer, and other dubious oligarchs who hail from the otherwise poverty-stricken Kazakhstan.
Moreover, they met in a public restaurant, clearly unperturbed at the prospect of being observed by who knows how many eyewitnesses.
Talk about being above the law.
The Bidens apparently have been drunk on power and lawlessness for so long that they are utterly mystified by public outcry regarding their egregiously greedy, not to mention traitorous, behavior.
Furthermore, after having a charming dinner together, Ms. Baturina sent $3.5M to Hunter and his associates on February 14, 2014, followed by another $2.7M infusion on March 11, 2014, and another $2.2M infusion on March 25, 2014.
These multiple millions, coupled with the insane amount of money Hunter received from Ukraine through his dubious position on a corrupt Ukrainian energy company’s board, are clearly way beyond the bounds of any remotely legal enterprise.
Even worse, given the enormous amount of evidence to support the astonishing degree of corruption that the Bidens have openly engaged in for year after year, if not decade after decade, the Democrats aren’t even bothering to deny that millions in illicit funds were received from nefarious characters in Russia and Ukraine.
Instead, they are playing the rather predictable game of hurling Hunter under a bus while protecting their puppet in chief.
“Committee Republicans have once again released information on financial transactions that do not involve the President. Instead, they rehash the same Hunter Biden business dealings that Congressional Republicans identified at least three years ago,” declared “Top Oversight” Democrat Jamie Raskin.
Oh, is that so?
Well then, Mr. Raskin, answer this: If the president has “nothing” to do with the nefarious, blood-soaked millions proffered by Ms. Baturina, then exactly why did Mr. Biden decline to enforce sanctions against her following the invasion of Ukraine?
That’s right: “President” Joe Biden, who claims to have nothing to do with Hunter’s business deals, despite literally dining in public in Washington, D.C. with some of the most corrupt people on the planet, ensured that Ms. Baturina’s billions would remain fully untouched by the American government and its supposed allies.
If the president had “nothing” to do with Hunter’s business deals, exactly why is he so keen to protect an obvious Putin ally after Putin’s invasion of Ukraine?
Needless to say, the Democrats have nothing to say about Biden’s ghastly protection of a corrupt Russian billionaire, ten years after she happens to send him multiple millions in exchange for who knows how many egregious violations of national security.
And they say Trump colluded with Russia. Ha!
Republican James Comer, who serves as the Oversight Committee Chairman, is clearly not convinced by the Democrats’ pathetic coverup for their puppet in chief.
“It’s clear Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and allowed himself to be ‘the brand’ sold to enrich the Biden family while he was Vice President of the United States,” Comer declared.
What’s also increasingly clear that Biden and his cronies are more than willing to throw Hunter under the bus if push comes to shove.
And if Biden will throw his own son to the wolves, one can only imagine what he’ll do to the Americans that he openly disdains.
