White House Brutally Shuts Down 440+ Reporters

Over the course of the weekend, the Biden regime barely made headlines for doing what it does best: continuing to subvert the Constitution and the will of the American people.

Specifically, Biden continued his war on the First Amendment, namely freedom of the press, by effectively revoking the permanent press passes of at least 440 reporters.

And the mainstream media said that Trump was anti-press.

One can only begin to imagine the outcry if he had done the same.

Apparently, for reasons unknown, the White House abruptly decided to change its guidelines for permanent press passes, which conveniently enabled the Democrats to abruptly terminate at least 440 reporters’ previous level of access to the White House.

How convenient that the guidelines just happened to change amidst an increasingly deadly conflict in Eastern Europe, coupled with rising allegations against Hunter and his father alike.

Fox News provided a meticulous recounting of the new and unimproved guidelines for accessing Emperor Biden, some of which are deeply nebulous, to say the least.

Now, all reporters must have “full-time employment with an organization whose principal business is news dissemination,” as well as a “physical address” in the “Washington, D.C. area”; they must also provide evidence that they have previously “accessed the White House campus at least once during the prior six months for work, or have proof of employment within the last three months to cover the White House.”

In addition, reporters apparently must provide that they are currently working on an “assignment to cover (or provide technical support in covering) the White House on a regular basis,” as well as “accreditation by a press gallery in either the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, or Supreme Court.”

The requirements become even more interesting as they become more nebulous.

Just consider the following: Individuals who aim to hold permanent passes must demonstrate willingness to “submit to any necessary investigation by the U.S. Secret Service to determine eligibility for access to the White House complex.”

Well then. Interesting. One can only wonder what may warrant a “necessary investigation” by Biden’s Secret Service.

Something suggests Fox News’ Peter Doocy, alongside any other reporters willing to call out Biden’s madness, would be a prime suspect subjected to “necessary investigation.”

Furthermore, the new requirements also note that reporters who fail to act “in a professional manner” will be subjected to having their press passes revoked.

Translation: Reporters who dare to ask Biden questions that are remotely uncomfortable or inconvenient are highly likely to be subjected to permanent dismissal.

Ironically, despite the Biden administration’s varied proclamations regarding racial equity, some of the impacted reporters included previously regular reporters from Africa, who were all too eager to speak out about being shut down.

One such reporter includes Simon Ateba of Today News Africa, who was one the 440+ permanent press pass holders who had his credentials summarily revoked.

“BREAKING: The @WhiteHouse is changing the rules for press hard passes to target me. But I qualify for all those things as we just filed our taxes, are registered with the District of Columbia and have our address in DC. I studied journalism in college, received two degrees, have only worked as a journalist and trained countless people. I also attend briefings religiously and do not have a second job … It’s crazy what’s going on. How can a guy come from Africa and you have to change the rules because of him?” Ateba remarked, clearly upset at the brazen bias shamelessly exhibited by the Biden regime.

Tellingly, Ateba has previously sparred with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre over her obvious deception.

Without a doubt, the Biden regime is undoubtedly one of the most anti-Constitutional presidencies in recent memory … which is likely all part of “finishing the job” commenced by the Obama regime.
