Kamala Harris Backs Down From Defiant DeSantis

In case you’re wondering whether or not the perpetually ailing vice president is ever going to put her money, or for that matter her actions, where her mouth is, don’t worry: She isn’t.

Ms. Kamala Harris, perhaps one of the most incompetent members of the Biden regime, has made more headlines recently for her pitiable attacks on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, many of which are laden with disinformation.

Clearly targeting the few illiterate followers that she has, Harris has harpooned DeSantis on national television for his alleged promotion of slavery in Florida’s new curriculum.

In fact, Harris has focused so extensively on spreading disinformation regarding DeSantis that the Florida governor invited the hapless vice president to a live debate over Florida’s curriculum.

After all, if Harris is so intent on her beliefs in the alleged evils of the Florida’s educational curriculum, she should have leapt at the opportunity to debate DeSantis.

Alas, finally realizing she was obviously out of her league, Harris backed down while continuing to spew lies and disinformation.

“Well, I’m here in Florida, and I will tell you there is no roundtable, no lecture, no invitation we will accept to debate an undeniable fact. There were no redeeming qualities of slavery,” Harris brayed.

Needless to say, Ms. Harris casually leaves out “the fact” that a black scholar is responsible for putting together the foundation of Florida’s new, factually based curriculum.
DeSantis, as conservatives will recall, has a rather no-nonsense approach to education in Florida, which includes jettisoning the overt sexualization of children and rejecting total lies regarding the nation’s history.

From transgender militantism to ironically racist “critical race theory,” DeSantis has made it rather clear that Florida will not stand for perverting children over gender while simultaneously dividing them over race.

Indeed, DeSantis’s Florida educational system does not condone giving eleven-year-olds hormones for changing their gender, nor does it stand for claims that the United States was “really” founded in 1620 by slaves.

Instead, the Florida educational system focuses on the skills and knowledge that really make a difference in students’ futures.

“We are committed to teaching truth, not partisan narratives … We have rooted out hateful Marxist theories like ‘Critical Race Theory’ from our classrooms. We have eliminated ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ initiatives in school administration and hiring practices. We have, instead, focused on the basics of reading, writing, arithmetic, science, civics and history,” DeSantis intoned.

In other words, all the subjects that a well-informed populace should master, rather than some perverse educational agenda that emphasizes multiple genders and anti-white prejudice.

Needless to say, the educational curriculum set forth by DeSantis certainly would be a rather attractive blueprint for the rest of the nation to follow.

One of the many reasons to vote “Red” in 2024.
