DOJ Makes Devastating Move In Favor Of Mega Cyber Criminal

Given the headlines surfacing in the media today, it’s a wonder that the White House is still functional at all.

Not only has the plea deal with Hunter (fortunately) imploded, but also the charges against the utterly notorious fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried have been dropped.

Last year, Bankman-Fried was arrested in rather dramatic fashion following the implosion of his multibillion dollar cryptocurrency scam, though he’s suspiciously remained out of the press for the past several months.

Until now.

As reported by The Blaze, the massive scammer has been let off the hook, again, for his numerous, well-documented financial crimes, by none other than the Departument of “Justice.” And it’s not too hard to see why.

“The Department of Justice has dropped its campaign finance violation charge against disgraced FTX founder and Biden donor Sam Bankman-Fried … Bankman-Fried reportedly donated $10 million to then-candidate Joe Biden in 2020,” the outlet detailed.

Well, how about that. Biden happening to effectively pardon someone who happened to pay him $10M.

Not to mention someone who happened to be the second largest donor to Dems overall, following none other than billionaire Marxist-anarchist George Soros.

The donors that actually go on the record, that is, given that Biden has also been the recipient of mass sums of “dark money.”

Something is quite rotten in the state of Denmark, indeed, to borrow an eternally relevant phrase from classic Shakespeare.

Not only does Biden weaponize the Department of “Justice” in favor of his own son, but he also apparently weaponizes the department in favor of an incredibly brazen, obvious fraudster.

Of course, the reality is that Biden has likely weaponized the DOJ neither to protect Bankman-Fried nor even his own son, but rather his own shady business dealings.

The pardon is all the more outrageous when reviewing a brief summation of the evidence stacked against the unrepentant fraudster.

The dropped charges are all the more absurd considering other documentation that reveals the extent to which Bankman-Fried knowingly deceived countless individuals in a massive cryptocurrency scam that primarily benefitted himself and, of course, the Democrats.

In a rather telling letter, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams of the Southern District of New York, made it clear that Bankman-Fried is obviously guilty.

“The Government expects the evidence will show that the defendant violated campaign finance laws by causing political contributions to candidates and committees associated with both major political parties to be made in the names of co- conspirators, when in fact those contributions were funded by Alameda Research with misappropriated customer funds,” Williams remarked.

Indeed. Unfortunately, Biden opted to let him off the hook instead.

“This alleged scheme enabled the evasion of contribution dollar limits, corporate donation limits, and donation reporting requirements, and was in service of the defendant’s desire to influence the direction of policy and legislation on the cryptocurrency industry,” Williams added.

Not to mention “the direction” that the nation itself is headed, which is straight down with Biden at the helm.

While Bankman-Fried allegedly faces other charges, it is quite curious that his “campaign finance violations” charges have officially been swept under the rug by the DOJ.

Or, to be more accurate, quite pathetic.
