Trump Scores Massive Victory Over Corrupt Biden Regime

Talk about a smoking gun.

Especially a smoking gun that was clearly put in place by former President Donald Trump, chiefly through his appointment of sane federal judges that actually (gasp!) follow the law.

Indeed, a Trump-appointed judge, U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika, was rather unimpressed with the terms set forward with Hunter Biden’s “sweetheart” deal, in which he basically received “probation” for failing to pay taxes on millions in ill-begotten income.

Oh, and the slap on the wrist could also trace itself back to firearms ownership.

Indeed, Hunter not only owes more than $100,000 in taxes from at least $1.5M in income in 2017 and 2018, but he has also come under fire for illegal possession of a firearm.

For reference, Republicans have noted that Hunter’s real earnings may be as high as $8M or more.

Needless to say, Judge Noreika was not at all impressed by the total absence of accountability present, and the plea deal was promptly torpedoed.

“The overlapping agreements created confusion for the judge, who said the lawyers needed to untangle technical issues – including over her role in enforcing the gun agreement – before moving forward,” Fox News reported.

Seems like the judge is in the same boat as most Americans, which does indeed involve deep “confusion” regarding what exactly the White House is doing.

Not only did the Trump-appointed judge torpedo Hunter’s joke of a plea deal, but also instructed Hunter to “actively seek employment.”

In other words, Hunter spends most of his days lolling around, periodically selling “paintings” to highly suspect characters.

One thing is for certain: The sudden torpedo of a plea deal is rather strange, to say the least, as well as indicative of deeper levels of corruption in the current White House that have yet to be revealed.

As detailed by Fox News, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley is baffled by the proceedings, which he likens to a bridge and groom deciding not to wed … while standing before the altar about to be wed.

“It’s just weird because usually you work these things out in advance, but the judge has an obligation to make sure that the defendant and the government have a very clear idea of what is implicated here… and they clearly didn’t have that agreement,” Turley remarked.

Obviously, Biden thought he would railroad his way through court just as easily as he’s railroaded the IRS, DOJ, FBI, and too many other agencies to count on for years.

He didn’t count on a Trump-appointed judge still having power, however, which is probably why the Dems have grown increasingly resistant to the pesky judicial system, which has a habit of halting their lawless activities.

Wall Street Journal editorial writer and former Bush speechwriter William McGurn skewered the White House’s complete divorce from reality, especially as far as Biden’s role in the shenanigans is concerned.

“The White House is still not accepting reality. They’ve been let off the hook so far by few reporters are willing to press them,” Gurn drawled.

With any luck, the tide of the media will soon be forced to turn against an increasingly indefensible position from the Biden regime.

Especially given the obvious ways in which the Bidens’ little business deals have imperiled the entire future of the United States.
