Warren Whines About 2024 “Catnip”

In recent weeks, multiple media outlets have reported that several Democrats do not favor President Joe Biden seeking the presidency again in 2024, including liberal outlets CNN and the New York Times.

Progressives are especially resistant to supporting Biden, with Representative Cori Bush refusing to endorse him for 2024.

Notably, no Democrats came forward to defend Biden’s chances for 2024, which made speculation run to a fever pitch.

However, Senator Elizabeth Warren has apparently become incensed by all the chatter surrounding the 2024 election, and she recently ranted and raved about her irritation during an appearance on ultra-liberal MSNBC.

“I want to say this; I’ll give you those sentences,” Warren raged, “we’ve got to stop catnip about 2024.”

Warren was responding to an inquiry regarding a recent CNN poll, which revealed that 75 percent of Democrats wanted someone other than Biden to run in 2024.

The Massachusetts Democrat is angered that more focus appears to be on 2024 than 2022, and she perceives the midterms as far more important for Democrats’ immediate interests.

“We are 100 days out from the midterm,” Warren declared, “and what happens in 2022, two more Democratic senators and we can get rid of the filibuster.”

The senator then proceeded to delineate a number of different rights that she claimed would be passed if the filibuster were to be defeated.

“We can make Roe v. Wade the law of the land,” Warren boomed, “and we can actually protect voting rights,” as if voting rights were unprotected in the first place.

After all, it is hard to imagine how Biden could receive 81 million votes if so much voter suppression existed throughout the nation, given that 81 million constitutes more votes than any president in history ever received.

Above all, Warren wants attention shifted away from 2024 in favor of 2022.

“If we start getting tangled up on 2024, and fail to pay attention to business in 2022,” Warren ranted, “that is not only going to hurt us in 2022, it is going to bite us on the rear end in 2024.”
