Given the shocking massacre that unfolded across Israeli soil, it is not surprising that more and more individuals across the United States are growing fearful of the hundreds of suspected terrorists streaming across the border.
At least 264 suspected terrorists have reportedly managed to become “gotaways,” effectively meaning they’ll never be found.
Until they show up on the media as perpetrators of terrorist attacks against Americans, right on American soil, that is.
Terrorist attacks that the Biden administration, alongside all the “virtue” signaling woke cities, really will bear responsibility for, to borrow from the hateful rhetoric spewed by 31 Harvard student organizations.
Of course, the student organizations were blaming Israel for the attack on its own innocents.
Which is precisely why more than half of the states in the United States are laying intense pressure on the Biden regime to take immediate action on the border, which Florida taking an especially prominent leadership approach.
“Given the risks illustrated by what happened this weekend in Israel, I am leading a coalition of 27 attorneys general taking action to force the Biden administration to enact responsible rulemaking to ensure our nation’s security at our Southern Border,” Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody declared in a statement to Fox News.
One can only hope Moody gains traction, especially when reviewing the letter that 27 states signed off on.
“The crisis at our Southwest Border is nothing short of an unmitigated disaster. As a federal court recently found, you and President Biden have implemented a ‘non-detention policy’ for aliens illegally entering our country, and that policy is the cause of our current border crisis … The court made these findings after a four-day trial in which many of your own employees, including your Chief of Border Patrol, provided live testimony,” the states noted.
It’s going to become a whole lot more than “an umitigated disaster” if the Biden regime keeps up its open borders policies.
More like the greatest risk to national security since the terrorist attacks leading up to September 11.
Which may well be what Beijing invested in, when the communist nation engaged in business with the “Brib’em” Bidens.
“The purpose of this Petition … is to demand that you fix the problem you created. Specifically, you should promulgate changes to your regulations to close the catch-and-release loophole that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is currently exploiting to implement its mass release policy at the Southwest Border,” the petition continued.
That’s right.
Apparently, the woke DHS has been taking laws applicable to aliens within the borders and applying them to aliens outside the borders.
Thus, the 27 states skewered the woke Biden regime for its approval of the “flagrantly unlawful” application of Section 1226(a), which strictly pertains to “certain aliens already in the country.”
“It does not apply to aliens caught crossing the border illegally,” the petition added pointedly, before citing court rulings that call out precisely what makes the abuse of Section 1226(a) so damaging.
“As the Court found … DHS’s mass release policies have been ‘akin to posting a flashing, ‘Come in, We’re Open’ sign on the Southern border,” the petition continued.
Which is precisely what hostile foreign entities were counting on when doing “business” with the president when he was Obama’s deranged right-hand man.
Heck, Obama probably partook in all the dealings himself, given his rather eyebrow-raising real estate profile, which is probably $50M or more at this point.
Obama may give plenty of immensely overpaid speeches, but he doesn’t give that many.
All in exchange for destroying the United States, a nation that Obama hates anyway.
Indeed, as reported by Fox News, more than 100,000 migrants were released in a “flagrantly unlawful manner” in August alone, with an untold number of them being potential Hamas sympathizers.
Just imagine how many millions have invaded since Biden took office.
Moody attempts to estimate the total number of migrants, noting that “the Biden administration has let more than 7 million illegal immigrants across the U.S. border – including more than 1.5 million gotaways and 264 suspected terrorists.”
“Given the massive flood of unvetted migrants into the interior of our country, there is no way to know who is in the U.S. or if they plan to enact terror on Americans,” Moody added.
Unfortunately, such plans have likely been in the making ever since Biden assumed power.
