Dem Policies Lead To Dangerous “Wild West” Approach

Day by day, more and more Americans who actually have to work for a living are growing relentlessly frustrated by elitist Dems’ pro-crime policies.

After all, many of the supposed “leaders” amongst the Democrats are absolutely notorious for their rather devious defund police policies … especially considering that quite a few of the “Defund Police” crew hire their own private security.

Obviously, most Americans do not live off taxpayers (or insider trading tips) for a living and can’t afford to hire private security.

However, some businesses desperate to stay solvent have opted to invest in their own security, given that the police have been effectively barred from fully executing their lawful duties as professional law enforcement officers.

One such business includes Jim’s West in Philadelphia, which attempts to sell Philly cheesesteaks while fighting off “zombified homeless drug addicts,” per the Daily Mail.

Indeed, Philadelphia is dealing with a double whammy of terrible developments.

First, ultra-woke judges, district attorneys, and other “officials” have promulgated pro-crime, anti-police policies.

Secondly, criminals, including both legal and illegal residents, have flocked to such locales, given that their antics will evade punishment. Never mind the fact that their antics also bring punishment to hardworking, honest Americans.

Which is precisely why hardworking, honest Americans are effectively reviving the “Wild West” of days past.

Jim’s Steaks has done precisely that, by hiring its own security guards … who are equipped with assault rifles.

Co-owner Cortez Johnson was very blunt about the reasoning for hiring armed security, citing the rise in violent crime.

“The violence has spiked. It goes up and down … You want people to feel safe and be safe. So when they come out and eat, they don’t have to worry about no type of harm,” Johnson remarked crisply in his comments to WPVI.

Customers who are generally opposed to assault rifles have admitted that the presence of armed security is likely an unfortunate necessity.

“If it deters it, I can’t complain. I’m not a big fan of guns, but I get it,” one resident remarked.

Other residents were not nearly as keen, arguing that security guards armed with machine guns is “overkill.”

“Now North Philly, where that gas station is, where the guy is out there with a machine gun, I can understand that. Here, it’s a little overkill. Even if you have an armed guard, okay. But, walking around with a machine gun, it’s not family-friendly,” another resident added.

Well, unfortunately, “family-friendly” is hardly the name of the Dems’ game, from pro-crime policies in the streets to pro-trans policies in the schools.

Philadelphia is unfortunately influenced by a self-proclaimed “progressive prosecutor,” District Attorney Larry Krasner, an obvious Democrat who is uninterested in the physical safety of the very individuals who help keep the city afloat through their work.

Amazingly, Krasner is so woke that he was actually impeached in 2022 for “dereliction of duty” … yet he managed to stay afloat anyway, remaining in a position of power in which all he does is empower criminals.

Leaving business owners like Cortez Johnson to defend their operations the old-fashioned way.
