Trump Hurls Curveball At CNN

Well, the Department of “Justice” might be threatening criminal charges based on likely nothing for Trump, so Trump has gone ahead and taken the bull by the horns for his own version of justice.

And, given how thoroughly Trump has been assailed and beaten down by the mainstream media, oftentimes with complete falsehoods, it is no surprise where Trump is barreling straight towards: a lawsuit against CNN, one of the greatest spreaders of fictional news of all time.

After all, the network is so concerned about the “truth,” with its obsession with the January 6 Commission and all, that it should come as next to no surprise that the network should be held accountable for its own rather egregious defamation of Trump.

Which is precisely why Trump has informed the network of his intentions to launch a lawsuit.

“I have notified CNN of my intent to file a lawsuit over their repeated defamatory statements against me,” Trump proclaimed.

Hilarious. It will be interesting to see how far the DoJ may dare to veer if they want to play the so-called “integrity” game.

Especially given how many other media outlets have clearly been involved in smearing Trump, who have also been put on notice.

“I will also be commencing actions against other media outlets who have defamed me and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Election. I will never stop fighting for the truth and for the future of our Country!” Trump added.

The former president is quite serious in defending himself, as a Notice of Intent was sent to the network by Washington-based Ifrah Law, which included a clear basis for the suit, alongside hundreds of exhibits.

After all, since the media is so obsessed with Trump apparently trying to overturn the results of 2020, they apparently forgot just how hard they themselves tried to overturn the results of 2016.

However, they tried to engage in quite a bit of sedition themselves, which is undoubtedly why the Trump team has several hundred exhibits of such sedition.

“After the 2016 election, various members of the Democratic party gave numerous televised statements claiming the 2016 election was illegitimate. This included suggestions about Russian interference causing President Trump to win the election and regular referrals to President Trump being an ‘illegitimate’ President,” the statement continued.

In other words, all the behaviors that the media is currently accusing Trump of, they themselves have done.

Kind of the same way Trump was sued over Ukraine, despite Biden himself going on the record bragging about blocking $1B in funding.

In addition, the statement also pointed out how CNN tacitly allowed other high profile individuals to spread complete lies with no accountability.

“CNN repeatedly allowed for assertions that President Trump was illegitimately elected to go largely unchallenged, including statements made by Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Jimmy Carter, Jerry Nadler, John Lewis, Dianne Feinstein, Marcia Fudge, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz,” the statement continued.

In other words, Democrats can lie left and right.

Republicans? Not so much.

Moreover, Trump’s “lies” are not even “lies” in the technical sense – they are deep seated beliefs in a truly questionable election outcome.

Which more than one person has questioned.

“President Trump’s comments are not lies: He subjectively believes that the results of the 2020 presidential election turned on fraudulent voting activity in several key states,” the statement added.

No kidding.

After all, who would believe that all 81 million votes for Biden were legitimate … aside from the mainstream media, who is long responsible for perpetuating the biggest “lies” of all.
