As for Obamacare, McCormick didn’t mince words. He called it a “miserable, cataclysmic failure.” And he’s right. The Affordable Care Act promised lower costs, but it delivered higher premiums and fewer choices. With some of its subsidies set to expire, President Trump now has an opportunity to fix the mess and replace it with a system that actually works.
