Looks like Hollywood politicians are learning the hard way that countering the MAGA movement is harder than expected.
Especially when the Supreme Court gets involved.
As that’s exactly where some of President Donald Trump’s biggest successes have originated from in recent days.
And some of the greatest successes of all include the successes associated with the longstanding battle between Trump and California Governor Gavin Newsom.
Newsom has gained substantial fame through bizarre policy decisions, including the decision to ban all gas-powered vehicles by 2035.
A decision that quite a few fuel companies became enraged by, judging from their lawsuits against the state in the wake of the policy.
And it looks like the Supreme Court is standing by fuel companies’ right to sue.
As reported by The Hill, the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of the fuel companies, further emboldening the Trump agenda.
Including the agenda against the “Clean Air Act” in California, which may well just be legislative tyranny in disguise.
Justice Brett Kavanaugh made the position of the Court rather clear in a majority opinion.
“This case concerns only standing, not the merits. EPA and California may or may not prevail on the merits in defending EPA’s approval of the California regulations. But the justiciability of the fuel producers’ challenge to EPA’s approval of the California regulations is evident,” Kavanaugh detailed.
Is it ever.
The “justiciability” against most of Newsom’s hairbrained ideas is usually evident.
Such as when Newsom passes prohibitive lockdown laws … only to violate those laws himself, in a very public manner.
Naturally, the two biggest activists on the Supreme Court – Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson – dissented with the majority.
Surprise, surprise!
Then again, what else is to be expected?
After all, Jackson, despite being a woman herself, has apparently opted to “dissent” from the basic biological definition of a woman, so her opposition is unsurprising.
And her opposition is clearly not stymieing the Trump administration’s continued success in the judicial circuit.
Indeed, the most recent Supreme Court ruling is just one of several examples of major victories enjoyed by the Trump administration.
Another major victory includes the judicial approval of Trump’s federalization of law enforcement, which had been a major point of consternation with the Democrats.

Congratulations to the Ninth Circuit, America is proud of you tonight!” Trump blared on Truth Social.
Translation: Team Trump is winning, and it looks like the administration is set to keep on winning well into the indefinite future …
