Well, that’s one way to deeply enrage a militantly woke mob.
As reported by Newsmax, the Trump administration has once again followed through on one of its key executive actions.
Namely by deploying another 20,000 armed personnel to combat the invasion from the south.
So, while the media may have initially mocked the deportation efforts from the Trump administration, it is clear that the president has ramped up removal efforts via additional resources.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin crisply announced the additional deployment of troops, which directly collaborates with the homeland security agency.
“DHS requested 20,000 National Guard members to help carry out the President’s mandate from the American people to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens,” McLaughlin informed Newsmax.
Which, as McLaughlin points out, is one of the many tools at the government’s disposal.
“The Department of Homeland Security will use every tool and resource available to get criminal illegal aliens including gang members, murderers, pedophiles, and other violent criminals out of our country. The safety of American citizens comes first,” McLaughlin added.
Which fall in direct alignment with the key executive action issued by Trump.
Indeed, Trump recently passed a proclamation – “Establishing Project Homecoming” – which makes it abundantly clear that a more robust response to illegal migration is needed.
“Over the last 4 years, the United States has endured a full-scale invasion of aliens entering and remaining in the country illegally, causing a relentless onslaught of crime, vagrancy, violence, and death in countless American communities. This lawless invasion has also limited the capacity of American schools and hospitals to provide for American citizens and has diverted billions of dollars in Federal, State, and local social services from Americans in need,” the proclamation intoned.
Has it ever. Heck, illegal migrants may well have gotten more services during the pandemic than Americans did … especially with woke teachers in Los Angeles reportedly prioritizing education for illegals over Americans.
About darn time that executive action put Americans first.
“No later than 60 days after the date of this proclamation, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall supplement existing enforcement and removal operations by deputizing and contracting with State and local law enforcement officers, former Federal officers, officers and personnel within other Federal agencies, and other individuals to increase the enforcement and removal operations force of the Department of Homeland Security by no less than 20,000 officers in order to conduct an intensive campaign to remove illegal aliens who have failed to depart voluntarily,” the proclamation declared.
And, lo and behold, within 60 days, that tenet was fulfilled.
What will the Trump administration do next with illegal migrants?
Time remains to tell, but it is fairly clear that this leadership team is not messing around.
