Looks like Comrade Kamala’s $500,000+ handouts to the ultra-divisive Al Sharpton are being optimized for other purposes outside of his shameless private jet usage.
Indeed, a significant percentage of that half a million-dollar handout from her campaign “donations” (i.e., dark money funds) appear to be going to none other than a “peaceful protest” in Washington D.C., on the day of Trump’s inauguration.
Bear in mind that CNN and other woke outlets characterized the mass rioting in 2020, some of which was deadly, as a “peaceful protest.”
“While Trump supporters will be on one side of Washington watching him take the oath of office, I will be at the nation’s capital working to keep the dream alive … There has never been a more important time to peacefully organize and mobilize,” Sharpton blared.
Translation: There has never been a more important time for Sharpton to continue his shameless money grab, giving precious little back to the communities that he claims to advocate for.
After all, Sharpton appears more frequently at elitist events and on red carpets than he ever does in communities that actually struggle.
Struggling even more in the wake of illegal migrants taking a huge number of resources.
“We fought too hard. We suffered too long. We took too many beatings. We spent too many nights in jail. We’ve been to too many funerals,” Sharpton blared.
Oh, yes. Sharpton has fought real hard from his private jets.
Cry us all a river.
Ironically, Sharpton was sure to use a social media owned by a major Trump ally – Elon Musk – to spread his message of hate.
“We at National Action Network have announced a rally on 1/20 #InaugurationDay aligning with #MLKDay to keep Dr. King’s dream alive amidst a changing political landscape,” Sharpton proclaimed on X.
“A change” that is long overdue … and for once, one that the vast majority of sensible Americans want.
“While Trump supporters gather on one side, the National Action Network and many more will be on the other side of Washington, D.C., standing for justice and unity through peaceful demonstration. Join us to show the world our commitment to Dr. King’s legacy, we won’t go back!” Sharpton asserted.
Is that so? Has Sharpton even bothered to read MLK’s own writings? Or is he too busy hobnobbing with elitists while using private jets and limousines as his main mode of transportation?
Since Sharpton clearly hasn’t bothered to really review the legacy of MLK, it’s worthwhile to have a look at some statements from the real civil rights activist himself.
You know, the one who didn’t require private jets, media coverage, and immense personal wealth to stand up for what he believed in.
MLK’s famed “I have a Dream” speech is an excellent place to start, in which he directly blasts the “militancy” promoted by the despicable likes of Sharpton.
“The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny,” MLK declared.
And, perhaps in one of the most compelling lines of all, MLK stresses the importance of “character,” rather than “color.”
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character,” MLK proclaimed.
Real shame that Sharpton does not share such a dream.
Then again, it appears to be far more profitable (for him) to divide, rather than unite.
And since Sharpton clearly doesn’t have a conscience, nor do any of his associates, it’s easy to blow off character in favor of “color” … as long as none of them have to ever really struggle.
