“The other thing that makes me nervous, in 2016 we had a big star-studded event right on the edge of the election, and we lost [Pennsylvania].”
So declared ultra-liberal CNN commentator Van Jones, who actually had the audacity to claim that Comrade Kamala should have been president solely due to her race and gender.
Of course, that assertion is rather hilarious coming from a network that pushes rather militant gender ideology, but it is what it is.
One thing is for certain: The left appears to have learned nothing from 2016.
From coronated candidates to increasingly useless celebrity appearances, and, above all, totally inane “policies,” it would appear that the Dems are set for endless losses, unless they are wise enough to change their ways.
Alas, that requires a mega league change in ego, something that no ultra-woke liberal appears prepared to do.
On the contrary, they appear more than happy to blame literally everything but reality for their epic failure in 2024.
Apparently, the Dems don’t appear to see the disconnect between trotting out deeply uneducated, and even more deeply out of touch, “celebrities,” who are increasingly irrelevant.
Though at least more than one highly publicized individual is calling out the absurdity of using celebrity in a political campaign.
According to a report from the New York Post, Bethany Frankel, who starred in the Real Housewives series, was less than impressed by Comrade Kamala trotting out endless celebrities, as if that were supposed to be some kind of asset to her campaign.
“I genuinely did not think that aligning with celebrities is and was a good idea. I don’t think the American public by and large care about who is hobnobbing with celebrities, it’s the forbidden fruit, it’s tempting, it’s right there, it’s the shiny object … I don’t think its a working model, I’m allowed to have that opinion,” Frankel noted.
No kidding. Especially since the same celebrities love to prattle on about climate change while simultaneously boarding private jets to various moronic events.
Frankel was even less than impressed by the utter lack of civility displayed by many of the most militant, closed-minded individuals.
“I thought there were mistakes on both sides but when I expressed an opinion, regardless of who I was voting for, I was attacked on both sides and attacking each other and fighting in the comments,” Frankel added.
Without a doubt. Though something suggests Frankel was attacked more frequently by the far left.
Especially considering her next statement.
“We live in a democracy and the people have spoken, the decision has been made …The country has to come together,” Frankel asserted.
Does it ever. Heck, even Biden said that … though he was also summarily shoved out by the Dems in July.
That said, Americans shoved out Harris even more quickly, especially after she started to lean (heavily) on bought and paid for celebrity endorsements.
“[Harris] fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them,” the perennially out of touch Taylor Swift declared.
Swift, stick to “singing” and manipulating 11-year-olds’ parents out of thousands upon thousands of dollars.
While endorsing a candidate that wants to rob them all via massive tax increases, of course.
Kamala was equally inept when trotting out other DEI icons, such as Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé, who proceeded to order the nation to vote for Harris.
Their endorsement was rather ridiculous, considering Lopez’s recent purchase of a $60M home (which she has since abandoned) and Beyonce´s even more abusrd $200M home.
Naturally, both mansions are located in California.
Even more naturally, both Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé are deeply linked to the alleged human trafficker “Diddy,” formerly known as “Puff Daddy,” amongst many other idiotic names.
Heck, Lopez even carried a weapon for him into a nightclub … which was later used to shoot a woman in the face.
Real steward of women’s rights, right there.
However, perhaps the most absurd of all is Cardi B, a long-term stripper turned short-term rapper, who hilariously compares herself to Comrade Kamala … who also got her start screwing about with a corrupt “Slick Willy” twice her age.
“Just like Kamala Harris, I, too, have been the underdog … I’ve been underestimated. My success belittled and discredited,” raunchy rapper Cardi B asserted.
Well, Ms. Cardi B, your main career was on the strip pole prior to becoming a “rapper.”
Not that much has changed since. To be fair, neither has Kamala.
That said, at least Cardi B’s communication style fully illustrates the left for who they really are.
“I hate y’all bad,” Cardi B raged at the tens of millions of Americans who voted for Trump.
Real mature.
The rapper proceeded to ramble on about the “honesty” and “integrity” of Kamala’s campaign, which began with shoving Biden, the man who gave her a national stage in the first place, out of office.
“To Vice President Kamala, no matter what they’ve said to bring you down or belittle your run for presidency they can never say you didn’t run your race with honesty and with integrity! You really put up a fight against all the odds that were already stacked against you! You never accepted defeat as an option which says so much about your strength and about your heart,” Cardi B raged.
“All the odds” already stacked against her? She received an alleged $1B in three months! She had the backing of 81 billionaires! She dodged the media left and right!
And, of course, she never had the court system weaponized against her.
Is Cardi B completely out of touch? Likely so, especially as she’s a clear product of a culture created by Dems in the first place.
That said, Kamala’s dependence on “celebrities” like this was yet another massive misfire, further demonstrating how wholly unqualified she really was.
“Did Taylor Swift and other celebrity endorsements backfire for Kamala Harris in U.S elections?” the Economic Times wondered.
Why yes, yes they did.
That said, may the Dems continue repeating their same stupid errors over and over again, which will only increase the future margins of conservatives’ wins.
