“LOL, a joint interview. She simply cannot be left unattended.”
So wrote Jeff Behar of the National Review, with regards to Kamala’s impending “interview” … otherwise known as her first serious attempt at appearing presidential since snatching the nomination from Biden over a month ago.
Former George W. Bush White House official Scott Jennings is less than impressed by Harris’s approach to her first interview, namely the fact that she apparently needs a babysitter to intervene as necessary whenever her inevitable flubs surface.
Predictably, that babysitter is her running mate, who will likely answer all the real questions … assuming they’re even given real questions.
As Jennings detailed to Anderson Cooper on CNN, giving Kamala Harris a babysitter demonstrates a rather “troubling lack of confidence in her political ability,” especially since the most rigorous interactions that she’s done to date include interfacing with various TikTok “influencers.”
“I think it’s incredibly weak, weak sauce to show up with your running mate,” Jennings remarked in disbelief.
Of course it’s incredibly weak. But what else is to be expected with the ultimate DEI candidate?
“The fact that they don’t have enough confidence in her to let her sit herself, the actual top of the ticket and do a single interview … In fact, I think the handwringing and the gyrations over this, over the last month show a troubling, lack of confidence in her political ability,” Jennings continued.
Well, she has no political ability to speak of, aside from shamelessly promoting herself.
After all, her blind-and-you’ll-miss-it time as a senator appeared to serve one purpose and one purpose only: positioning her to “run” for president in 2020.
Only to be coronated in 2024, without a single primary vote in her favor.
“I think Republicans are going to think it’s pretty weak to show up with effectively someone to take up half the time,” Jennings added.
Well, it’s pretty weak to install Kamala in the first place, but apparently no one sells out the nation quite the way she does.
Jennings’ co-panelist Maria Cardona defended the imminent babysitting of Kamala Harris, claiming that the voters need a chance to hear from Walz as well.
“Doing an interview alongside her alongside her vice presidential nominee is going to give voters the chance that they want, I believe, to not just listen to her but to listen to the vice presidential nominee, and what will they do as a team,” Cardona sniffed.
That’s great. Perhaps a separate interview with Walz? Or is Kamala going to have her hand held the entire time?
Frankly, Walz hardly has much of substance to offer in varied interviews as well, judging from the inane interview Walz recently had with TikTok “influencer” Kareem Rahma.
“My take is the most neglected part of home ownership is the gutters … It’s personal for me,” Walz brayed.
Is that so?
Well, the hapless Harris-Walz ticket is “personal” for more than one American as well … in particular those who are uninterested in creating the Communist States of America.
