Ultra-Corrupt Judge Plots Sinister “October Surprise” For Trump

Ultra-Corrupt Judge Plots Sinister “October Surprise” For Trump

Looks like the Dems aren’t too confident about Ms. “Heels Up” Harris, given that they’re apparently plotting yet another witch hunt against Trump, despite the fact that there was an assassination attempt on his life all of a month ago.

So much for bringing civility back to politics.

Indeed, the Dems may well be plotting a rather nasty “October Surprise,” weaponizing the court system, yet again, against Trump.

As reported by the Daily Mail, such a nasty surprise would be unsurprising, given that the entire trial against Trump has been nothing short of a total sham.

A sham that may well have devastating consequences for the forthcoming election, if the Democrats have their way.

In a conversation with Fox News host Bill Hemmer, legal scholar John Yoo sounded off on what Hemmer described as “the story nobody’s talking about,” namely the fact that Trump could face more judicial harassment before the commencement of early voting.

Specifically, Yoo noted that Judge Merchan, who has rather obvious links to the Democrat Party via his daughter’s “consulting,” may issue a sentence to Trump just before the election.

Troublingly, the judge could, in theory, send Trump straight to jail.

And that theory may well become a potential reality, judging from Yoo’s suggestions in his conversation with Hemmer.

Starting with the fact that Merchan is racing to “sentence” Trump as quickly as possible.

“He could have exercised his discretion here to change the sentencing date. But instead, he actually moved it closer to the beginning of absentee voting in my home state of Pennsylvania,” Yoo remarked.

But of course. The Dems need Pennsylvania … which is why it was a bit startling they chose Walz, rather than Shapiro, to be Kamala’s vice president, as Shapiro hails from Pennsylvania.

Alas, Shapiro is also Jewish, and Harris would rather kowtow to terrorists.

Which is especially evident given Walz’s relationship with a pro-Hitler imam, who he insanely refers to as a “master teacher.”

“Could you imagine what would happen if Judge Merchan sentenced Donald Trump to jail time, even though he’s a first-time nonviolent offender? What if Judge Merchan even went crazier and said, Donald Trump doesn’t even get to stay out of jail while his case is on appeal? Merchan] has the power to actually order Donald Trump sent to jail immediately … although I expect he wouldn’t,” Yoo noted.

Well, given the circus of a trial thus far, more than one conservative would likely expect Merchan to do so.

After all, Trump was convicted of 34 “felonies” based upon the testimony of an apparent perjurer … and the “felonies” he was charged with were clearly nonsensical.

Moreover, the odds of Merchan sending Trump straight to jail, or at least attempting to, are further buoyed by the reality that the judge has been an ultra-corrupt piece in the legal drama over the course of the entire sham of a trial.

Any sensible judge, or attorney, would recuse themselves in any potential conflicts of interest … yet Dems don’t operate via sense.

They do, however, operate through shameless corruption, as evidenced from the corrupt Merchan to the absurdly biased jury.

“[Merchan has] been asked yet again to step aside. He refuses to do that. How do you see this playing? What does the judge do? Merchan has ruled against Donald Trump every opportunity he’s had,” Yoo remarked.

Of course he has. That’s what he’s paid to do.

And he sure does like to ham up for the cameras while doing so, in his typically unprofessional manner.

Little wonder that Yoo sagely remarks that this year appears to be the year of “open season” on former presidents.

And, in the case of Trump, it’s been “open season” in more than one frightening way.
