From the West coast to the East coast, it appears that illegals are a tad too happy taking up space in major international airports.
While Southern California was suffering from illegals taking over airports, starting since last year, it appears that the trend has resumed in another Democrat enclave – Massachusetts.
Not so coincidentally, Massachusetts is the only state in the nation with a “right to shelter” policy.
Which illegals have fully exploited.
“The number of illegal immigrants camping out at Boston Logan International Airport appears to have increased in recent months, according to several news reports.
Currently, more than 100 people are sleeping on the floor in the airport’s baggage claim area,” The Blazereported.
What a surprise.
What’s even less of a surprise is that these illegals have apparently found it appropriate to get into fights and other altercations while on federal property.
Another disadvantage to Bribe’m Biden remaining in power.
According to Lt. Sean Quirk, Massachusetts State Police troopers responded to a “minor altercation” between two families.
Who knows what “minor” really entails in the Dems’ la la land.
“Troopers identified two families who were involved in a disagreement over the use of a power outlet. The involved families were separated with one leaving the terminal,” Quirk intoned.
Shame the supposed “families” weren’t deported.
Indeed, such “families” very well may be two “parents” with children they intend to traffic. And the Biden regime would have no way of knowing otherwise, considering that the regime checked Americans’ COVID vaccinations with greater tenacity than the criminal records (and disease prevalence) of illegals crossing the border.
Governor Maura Healey, of course, was sure to lay on the pathos, underscoring her preference for illegal Dem voters over American citizens.
“We don’t want families staying at Logan Airport. We continue to call on Congress to act to deal with what’s happening at the border, in terms of reform here,” Healey boomed.
Oh, sure. Like the “reform” that involves Americans storing illegals in their personal homes, which Massachusetts has also called for?
No thanks.
On top of that, Healey is already repurposing several publicly funded institutes across Massachusetts for the illegal invasion.
“Healey’s office announced last month that it plans to convert Bay State Correctional Center in Norfolk, a decommissioned prison, into overflow shelter space for roughly 400 homeless families, Blaze News previously reported. The new emergency shelter was slated to open sometime this month.
Emergency Assistance Director Scott Rice previously told WCVB that the facility, which features dorm-like rooms, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, a common room, and offices, is still ‘in good condition.’ The state also plans to create a play area for children and classroom spaces for adults to attend language courses, workshops, and job training,” the news outlet reported.
Well, that’s nice.
Good to know that prisons, and apparently schools, are being repurposed for illegals.
As wearily detailed by Jim Lehan, a member of the Norfolk Select Board, who is dismayed by the illegals’ apparent takeover of an elementary school.
“When you have no knowledge of it, and you start getting phone calls about something you have no idea what they are calling about. That was a little tough … All we know is we have got people coming here and we have got issues that are related to it, and we are going to have to work our way through it,” Lehan declared.
A very generous way of describing the entire situation.
Needless to say, the comments on The Blaze article are wholly hilarious.
In particular the following:
“Example 4,564,212,346,678 of the results of Democrat’s liberal policies.
Democrat play book step by step:
1. Identify a problem that doesn’t exist,
2. Propose solution that will cause problem,
3. Implement solution in the most incompetent manner possible,
4. Identify unintended consequences,
5. Propose solution that will make the identified problems worse,
6. Go to step 3.”
Seems like the Dems are returning to “Step 3,” over and over again.
