Even the pope has gone woke.
At least judging from the rather judgmental comments that the worldwide leader of the Catholic Church had to say about conservatives.
As reported by The Blaze, Pope Francis delivered rather astonishing commentary on conservatives, which has rightfully shocked more than one person.
After all, the pope did refer to conservatives as individuals with “a suicidal attitude.”
Yikes.
“Conservative is one who clings to something and does not want to see beyond that. It is a suicidal attitude, because one thing is to take tradition into account, to consider situations from the past, but quite another is to be closed up inside a dogmatic box,” the pope proclaimed.
Well, that’s nice. Glad to know that the pope considers conservatives with a conscience the same as individuals with “a suicidal attitude.”
On “Pat Gray Unleashed,” both Pat Gray and Keith Malinak were rather startled, to say the least.
“If you can’t depend on the pope to cling to the past, what’s the point of the Catholic Church?” Malinak demanded.
Fair point. To pander to the woke, apparently?
Malinak also noted how the pope’s scathing commentary of conservatives appeared to reek of Marxism.
“That’s a Marxist trick right there. Don’t answer the criticism, flip it back and go after the people who are criticizing you,” Malinak added.
Just like the left, in other words.
Even worse, the pope proceeded to declare that virtually all people are “good.”
“People are fundamentally good. We are all fundamentally good. Yes, there are some rogues and sinners, but the heart itself is good,” the pope proclaimed.
Has he turned on the news lately?
After all, from China to the Middle East to none other than the United States, it sure seems like a whole lot of super hateful people are dominating.
Moreover, the pope’s remarks appear to run rather contrary to traditional church teachings, as noted by Malinak.
“I thought we were all sinners … There’s some rogues?” Malinak queried.
“There’s some rogue people that sin,” Gray chimed in.
Needless to say, it’s no surprise that the pope has apparently hopped on board the militant transgender movement as well, per multiple mainstream media outlets.
The Washington Post published an article regarding “How Pope Francis opened the Vatican to transgender sex offenders.”
The New York Times also praised the pope for his apparent embrace of transgender militants.
“Francis has made it a hallmark of his papacy to meet with gay and transgender Catholics and has made it his mission to broadcast a message for a more open, and less judgmental, church. Just months ago, Francis upset more conservative corners of his church by explicitly allowing L.G.B.T.Q. Catholics to receive blessings from priests and by allowing transgender people to be baptized and act as godparents,” the outlet reported.
Of course, per the good old New York Times, many of the most militant transgenders have insisted that the pope has apparently not gone far enough for them, as the pope has yet to alter official church doctrine regarding the transgender movement.
A movement that should have ended as soon as “the science” published in the UK revealed hormone therapy for teenagers to be an effective fraud.
Of course, that’s the one type of “science” that the ultra-woke have deliberately chosen to ignore.
