Remember when the DOJ caused a national furor after colluding with the teachers’ unions to threaten conservative parents who dared to speak out at school board meetings?
Well, such controversies may have ended in the headlines, although they are surely continuing on a behind the scenes basis, especially when evaluating the most recent report regarding alleged “hate groups” from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
Problematically, varied federal agencies, including the FBI, appear to take their cues from the SPLC, just as they do from teachers’ unions.
And, predictably, the SPLC has increased the number of “hate groups” it claims are operating within the United States.
While 733 hate groups were identified in 2021, the number ballooned to 1225 in 2022.
And, while some of these groups are undoubtedly motivated by hate, many others are motivated by conservative values.
Which the Biden regime apparently considers to be tantamount to hatred.
“[Parental rights groups have] grown into an anti-student inclusion movement that targets any inclusive curriculum that contains discussions of race, discrimination and LGBTQ identities,” the SPLC report intoned.
Right.
So, when parents don’t want their first-grader being subjected to “gender therapy” in the classroom, they are apparently full of hate.
Right.
And, surprise, surprise, the SPLC also zeroed in on an organization from Florida, which happens to be the home of 2024 forerunners Trump and DeSantis.
“At the forefront of this mobilization is Moms for Liberty, a Florida-based group with vast connections to the GOP that this year the SPLC designated as an extremist group. They can be spotted at school board meetings across the country wearing shirts and carrying signs that declare, ‘We do NOT CO-PARENT with the GOVERNMENT.’ The group hijacks meetings, preventing officials and parents from conducting their normal proceedings,” the SPLC proclaimed.
Wow.
Exactly what is “hateful” about not wanting to co-parent with the government? In fact, when did the government position itself in such a way to serve as a co-parent?
Recalling that BLM was calling for “communal children” and the abolition of the nuclear family, that type of obvious influence on the SPLC is quite disturbing.
“Galvanizing supporters around supposed ‘parental rights’ and ‘family values’ is nothing new – similar rallying cries were adopted by those who opposed school desegregation during the civil rights movement and by the Moral Majority of the 1980s. These political slogans have been used repeatedly because they are effective, framing the organizing of far-right activists as something done solely out of real concern for children,” the SPLC continued.
Humorous use of the word “supposed.” Not to mention a rather humorous weaponization of the phrase “family values.”
Apparently, family values are amongst the most offensive of all to ultra far-left individuals.
“But Moms for Liberty activities make it clear that the group’s primary goals are to fuel right-wing hysteria and to make the world a less comfortable or safe place for certain students – primarily those who are Black, LGBTQ or who come from LGBTQ families,” the organization added spitefully.
“Right-wing hysteria.”
Right.
Wanting children to not be subjected to gender dysphoria is “right-wing hysteria.”
Wanting children to focus on reading and math, not gender transition surgery, is “right-wing hysteria.”
Wanting female athletes to compete fairly, without male athletes stealing all their victories is “right-wing hysteria.”
Seems anything that doesn’t toe the ultra-fascist elitist line is equivalent to “right-wing hysteria.”
Which in turn is apparently equivalent to “hate.”
Now, the conservative mothers’ group from Florida apparently has federal agencies watching it for “hate,” all while psychopathic cartel members pour across wide open borders.
