Another far-left movement bites the dust!
… Too bad this particular movement garnered tens of millions in “charitable” donations, alongside the typically moronic celebrity support.
That’s right: None other than Black Lives Matter (BLM), which is commonly associated with racism, extreme violence, and general societal breakdown, is reportedly heading for insolvency, as detailed by the Daily Mail.
This news should come as little surprise, given that even California and Washington had to suspend the group from online fundraising following its egregious thievery and violation of 501(c)(3) regulations for charitable donations, per the IRS.
Collecting approximately $90M in the wake of the anti-police riots in 2020, BLM has apparently burned through at least two-thirds of the donations.
Clearly taking a cue from their globalist overlords.
Indeed, the alleged “co-founder” of BLM, Patrisse Cullors, otherwise known as a bought and paid for lemming put up by globalist billionaires like George Soros, is apparently so dishonest and inept that she didn’t even bother to hide the extent to which “donations” were effectively stolen by her and her associates.
For instance, Patrisse’s brother, Paul, apparently collected at least $1.6M annually for providing so-called “security services” to the organization, despite the fact that it spent millions on homes in gated communities.
Perhaps one of the most overpaid security guards on the planet.
Even more overpaid considering that his background apparently consists of vandalization and graffiti, with no formal security training whatsoever.
As detailed by Daily Mail, Cullors squandered multiple millions on private properties in predominantly white areas.
Needless to say, it is completely unclear how such lavish purchases favorably impact the “black lives” Cullors vows to care about in any way, shape, or form.
Humorously, rather than own up to the thievery, Cullors whined that “right-wing bullying” was ruining her reputation, rather than her own actions.
Even after Cullors left, her so-called replacement was equally clueless and brainless.
And corrupt, as detailed by Paul Kamenar, who serves an attorney for the National Legal and Policy Center watchdog group.
“While Patrisse Cullors was forced to resign due to charges of using BLM’s funds for her personal use, it looks like she’s still keeping it all in the family,” Kamenar drawled.
Indeed, Shalomyah Bowers, the so-called replacement of Patrisse was equally greedy, paying himself upwards of $1.7M for so-called “consulting.”
As if organizing street riots and anti-police marches requires such in-depth strategizing.
Now, “activist” Cicley Gay is apparently the latest head of the BLM board.
As Gay has reportedly filed for bankruptcy three times and owes at least $120,000 in personal debt, she seems to be an appropriate choice for an utterly corrupt, irresponsible organization.
“No one expected the foundation to grow at this pace and to this scale … Now, we are taking time to build efficient infrastructure to run the largest Black, abolitionist, philanthropic organization to ever exist in the United States,” Gay brayed.
Uh, Ms. Gay?
Abolition was actually achieved in the 1800s, and formalized in the Thirteenth Amendment.
“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction,” the amendment states.
Then again, such inconvenient facts likely aren’t taught in the schools that Gay, Cullors, and other BLM associates barely (if ever) attended.
