McCarthy Enrages Dems With Masterstroke Move

Bam!

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has inflamed Dems yet again with another master stroke, this time by swiftly removing two leftist representatives from none other than the “golden state” of California.

Reps. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell were summarily relieved of their duties, and not a moment too soon, especially in the case of Swalwell, who has an unfortunate knack for being compromised by Chinese sex spies.

“I cannot put partisan loyalty ahead of national security, and I cannot simply recognize years of service as the sole criteria for membership on this essential committee. Integrity matters more,” McCarthy declared.

Seriously. Americans thank you for that. Americans who value the United States, thath is.

“As such, in order to maintain a standard worthy of this committee’s responsibilities, I am hereby rejecting the appointments of Representative Adam Schiff and Representative Eric Swalwell to serve on the Intelligence Committee,” McCarthy added pointedly.

Buh bye, China-compromised reps.

Needless to say, neither Democrat took the news well.

“This is petty, political payback for investigating Donald Trump. If he thinks this will stop me, he will soon find out just how wrong he is. I will always defend our democracy,” Schiff remarked angrily.

Really? Always defend democracy?

Please explain the rather uneven application of this “democracy” then.

Just consider Schiff’s response to Biden’s classified documents scandal versus Trump’s.

“I don’t think we can exclude the possibility without knowing more of the facts … The attorney general has to make sure that not only is justice evenly applied, but the appearances of justice are also satisfactory to the public,” Schiff intoned.

Ah. How noble.

What a shame that Schiff didn’t apply the same magnanimity to Trump.

Instead, the biased representative raged that Trump “knowingly put our national security at risk.”

Swalwell is even worse, however, given his proclivity for being compromised by agents of none other than the Chinese Communist Party.

Maybe him and Hunter do happy hour together.

“Speaker [John] Boehner and [Paul] Ryan, both Gang of 8 members, appointed me to Intel with access to the same facts McCarthy is distorting. He can keep me off Intel, but I’m not going away,” Swalwell raged.

Oh, of course Swalwell isn’t going to go away.

None of them ever do, unless they’re smart enough like Pelosi to dip out before they’re all busted for corruption.

Conveniently, Pelosi is already insulting Democrats to the New York Times, if only to deflect attention from her own corruption.

“First and foremost, and you don’t have to take my word for it, take the FBI’s word for it…when they told me who she …I did everything that I hoped everyone would do, which was to cooperate and help the FBI, and she was removed,” Swalwell raged in response to the Chinese sex scandal.

“When they told me who she?” Way to finish the sentence, buddy.

“And Donald Trump, who would later find out about this when he was president, with the greatest access to classified information of anyone who walks the earth, if he could’ve embarrassed me by showing any wrongdoing, after all the names he’s called me, he would’ve,” Swalwell continued in his self-involved rampage.

Eh, even if he had, the media would have twisted his remarks anyway.

Besides, Swalwell’s behavior speaks for itself. No other explanation is needed … which is why McCarthy swiftly relieved him of duties pertaining to national security.
