Rep. Gaetz Gets Real On Classified Docs

While most of the Democrats twiddle their thumbs, make absurd excuses, or altogether ignore the classified documents scandal, it would be reasonable for one to expect that the party is just dodging accountability, as usual.

However, the Dems may have even more nefarious intentions in mind, at least per one representative who does not seem to fear thinking outside the swamp-infested box.

Representative Matt Gaetz recently delivered a rather intriguing theory to Fox News Digital, which frankly makes quite a bit of sense.

“There’s an element to this that feels like the Democrats are taking out Joe Biden,” Gaetz mused, “I don’t know that that’s the case, but I don’t know that it’s not. But just as Joe Biden is hardening the cement around his decision to run for president again, they start looking for what classified documents might have been tucked away eight years ago.”

That would certainly align with a New York Times story that emerged multiple months ago, as literally dozens of Democrats indicated their displeasure with the possibility of Biden running for office again.

“I mean, there’s an element of this where it’s Joe Biden’s lawyer who turns this information over, it’s Joe Biden’s own Justice Department that’s appointed a special counsel to investigate him – maybe the Democrats have realized that Joe Biden is not useful to them anymore, and they just assume toss him out and get a younger crop of candidates engaged in the next presidential race,” Gaetz continued.

Well, an Easter Bunny had to direct him away from crowds gathered at the White House.

Perhaps, just perhaps, that may be one of several situations suggesting that Biden is no longer as “useful” to the party.

Plus, it looks like Biden’s ties to Beijing might, just might, run a tad too deep.

“We have a lot to learn about the content and substance of those documents, and if they relate to China, and if they were at that Biden Center at UPenn funded by China. That’s going to be a far more grave concern,” Gaetz continued.

Seriously. The CCP donated a whopping $30 million to the school, after Biden left classified documents behind in his “office.”

Speaking of which, Biden also got paid at least $1M for a grand total of nine appearances, at least one of which was to promote his own ghostwritten book.

If that doesn’t scream conflict of interest, what does?

Well, apparently lots of other things can scream conflict of interest as well, which Gaetz highlights.

“What if the documents relate to our economy? What if Joe Biden was hustling information to his CCP (Chinese Communist Party) funders at the Biden Center for UPenn and that gave China economic advantage over Americans? That would create a nexus between those documents and our economic woes at the hands of rising China,” Gaetz added.

Yep. Guess as long as the “Big Guy” gets 10 percent of Chinese actions, the rest of Americans can apparently buzz off, as far as the White House is concerned.

“If the documents pertain to China and were at a repository funded by China, one could reasonably assess that the scandal runs deeper and would have a real damaging effect on our country,” Gaetz continued.

Little wonder that China feels emboldened to empower Russia, given the current state of affairs in Washington.

Needless to say, the Fox News exclusive garnered multiple comments under the Fox News article, numbering well over 5,500 at the time of this writing.

While multiple commenters have rather sage insight, one in particular stands out for its succinct summation of the ghastly situation at hand.

“If the documents pertain to China and were at a repository funded by China, one could reasonably assess that the scandal runs deeper and would have a real damaging effect on our country,” one commenter remarked.

That’s exactly right. Whereas the DOJ literally invaded Mar-a-Lago, the department apparently finds it appropriate to step back and let Biden’s personal lawyers “handle” the classified docs.

Strangely, no Democrats seem concerned about “equity” in this context …
