White House Ponders New “Public Health Emergency”

Numerous women’s rights activists have promised a “Summer of Rage” in response to the recent Supreme Court ruling, which may bizarrely coincide with Dr. Fauci’s recent commentary.

Contrary to mainstream media’s deliberate misreading of the ruling, not to mention the pandemic, the Court did not outlaw abortion; instead, it deferred to the Tenth Amendment, which returns to issue of abortion to the states.

Nonetheless, President Biden continues to astound the nation with his brazen disregard for checks and balances, given his most recent commentary regarding a sound Supreme Court ruling.

The president, who commenced his first day in office with 17 executive orders, recently declared that he may declare a “public health emergency” regarding abortion.

Sound familiar? It should, as the convenient COVID was also a similar “emergency” that endowed Democrats with authoritarian power that has long since gone to their heads.

While at his beach home in Delaware, where he has spent a staggering percentage of his presidency, Biden threatened executive action regarding abortion, effectively declaring that he has no respect for the Supreme Court’s recent decision.

“I don’t have the authority to say that we’re going to reinstate Roe v. Wade as the law of the land,” he whined to reporters before proceeding on to insinuate that his administration aims to achieve a “lot of things to accommodate the rights of women.”

Biden, who can suddenly define women after making transgenderism a hallmark of his presidency, noted that he is contemplating whether or not to declare a “public health emergency” over abortion, which would subsequently divert substantive federal funding to the so-called right of newly defined “women” to have an abortion.

“[I’ll have] to look at whether I have the authority to do that and what impact that would have,” the president blared.

Biden also widely endorsed violent protests, encouraging them to continue in the wake of the Court ruling.

“Keep protesting. Keep making your point. It’s critically important,” the president, who campaigned on “unifying” the nation, declared.

In the meantime, Jen Klein, the Director of the White House Gender Policy attempted to tamp down Biden’s blaring about public health emergencies, remarking that such a move “didn’t seem like a great option.”

However, Klein refused to back off the possibility completely.

“[A public health emergency] doesn’t release a significant amount of legal authority,” Klein whined, “and so that’s why we haven’t taken that action yet.”

Klein’s commentary disturbingly suggests that unfettered presidential power, or a total disregard of checks and balances, would warrant the president’s utilization of executive power to clamp down on judicial authority.

Given Fauci’s recent commentary regarding indoor masks, the government may just get what it wants.
