AOC and her crew so often dominate the mainstream media that sometimes older guard, but equally radical, representatives may not be immediately remembered.
However, Ms. Maxine Waters sure made sure she was not only remembered, but widely discussed on Monday morning, given her rather outrageous remarks made over the weekend during an appearance on MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show.”
During her appearance, Jonathan Capehart inquired about the “violent rhetoric” that supposedly animates many GOP legislators’ discussions, conveniently overlooking the direct alliance between the DNC, defund police, and all the violence that has increased as a result.
However, if you ask MSNBC’s Capehart, apparently the GOP has a monopoly on radical representatives.
“You see Boebert, her Islamic-phobic remarks against Congresswoman Omar. You have Congressman Gosar and the anime video. Marjorie Taylor Greene, that’s just two of many things she has done … Then you see Congressman Yoho for misogynistic remarks against about Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez …
Congresswoman Waters, since you’re the only member of the House on this panel and on the show right now, are the Democrats going to hold onto the majority?” [Source: Breitbart]
In response, Waters delivered some rather remarkable commentary.
“The American people are going to be able to distinguish between us and them. In the final analysis, we’re going to win. We’re going to beat them. We don’t take anything for granted. We know that they’re evil. We know that they lie. We know that they don’t give a darn about facts and so we’ve got to overcome that with the truth.” [Source: Breitbart]
Really? So Republicans “don’t give a darn about the facts?”
Was that not also the case with the Democrats in the Rittenhouse trial, the Steele Dossier, and too many other now debunked controversies to discuss?
Plus, last time anyone checked, Fox News wasn’t settling a massive lawsuit for endangering the life of a minor, though CNN and WaPo sure did for endangering the life of Nicholas Sandmann over lies.
So, please, Ms. Waters, enlighten us all as to which “facts” the Republicans disregard, as it seems that lies are the Dems’ status quo these days.
Along with massive spending, designed to further disempower Americans.
Which is precisely why Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) reveals the real truth regarding Biden’s supposed “Build Back Better” regimen, though this truth comes with a silver lining.
“I think, the more you dig into Build Back Better, the worse it is, in terms of kinds of spending … One of the reasons that inflation is going to get significantly worse is because of the greater spending we have through Build Back Better …
Taxes are going to go up. That will also affect inflation. And I believe, until Republicans are in the majority in 2022 — and I believe that will happen. It’ll be significant. We will win at least two dozen seats or more.” [Source: Breitbart]
For swamp inhabitants who never worry about inflation because they effectively use the taxpayers as their piggybank (cough, AOC, cough), the Build Back “Better” agenda appears marvelous for their dictatorial aims.
However, hardworking Americans are not impressed by skyrocketing inflation, nor are they impressed by their representatives blasted as “evil,” which is apparently what Waters perceives Republicans to be.
“Worse than that. Worse than that. Evil. When you see the kind of attacks that you have talked about already, that’s constantly being made by them, that’s evil. I want you to know, I’m under attack also. They tried to censure me and we beat them back with the majority that we have. Even Marjorie Taylor Greene, I believe, has something up to expel me from the Congress of the United States …
Can you imagine people with this kind of attitude and these kinds of actions and this kind of racism that they display all the time talking about expelling me or anybody else from Congress when, in fact, they shouldn’t even be there?” [Source: Breitbart]
Can you imagine the total lack of self-awareness Ms. Waters must struggle through on a daily basis in order to be this blind to her own hatred?
After all, this is a representative who openly called for intimidation and more of Trump voters, illustrating how much respect she has for basic security.
Of course, however, Waters had to self-victimize in the same breath over the course of her ranting and raving, like any good leftist snowflake.
One can only hope that the likes of Waters will eventually leave the swamp …
Though quite a few others can be evicted in 2022.
