Remember how Fauci claimed that the nation should be “back to normal” by Christmas 2021?
Well, apparently Fauci just cannot resist being the eternal grinch, as he is already threatening Christmas, which is months away.
During one of his endless appearances on the media, CBS Anchor Margaret Brennan inquired whether or not “the holidays” might be threatened since COVID is apparently more infectious now (how convenient).
“There are two new studies out that show COVID has gotten better at transmitting through aerosols, just through the air. What does that mean? We’re going into cold weather, the holidays. Do people need to start looking around and say it is too risky to gather with family members if there are unvaccinated children?” [Source: Breitbart]
Fauci, of course, jumped on the opportunity to openly promote masks, even for vaccinated individuals, as well as “avoid high-risk settings.”
“I believe the way the CDC has recommended is when you’re in a situation where you have a dynamics of virus in the community, where there is clearly a lot of spread, even if you are vaccinated, and you are in an indoor setting, a congregate setting, it makes sense to wear a mask and to avoid high-risk settings.” [Source: Breitbart]
Curiously, Fauci had nothing to say about Obama’s self-aggrandizing birthday bash (which he threw for himself), endless, elitist awards shows (in which AOC eschewed a mask), and a number of other liberal-heavy activities.
At least Stephen Miller openly weighed in on this brazen discrimination.
“Has Fauci weighed in at all on the indoor maskless award shows? If not why not?” [Source: Fox News]
Well, probably because celebrities worship him, as they follow their Democrat overlords just as much as wayward Big Tech.
Brennan also directly asked Fauci about Christmas, clearly baiting him to ruin it.
“Can we gather for Christmas, or it is just too soon to tell?” [Source: Fox News]
It is safe to say that Fauci’s prompt response centered on ruin.
“You know, Margaret, it is just too soon to tell. We have to concentrate on continuing to get those numbers down and not try to jump ahead by weeks or months and say what we’re going to do at a particular time. Let’s focus like a laser on continuing to get those cases down. And we can do it by people getting vaccinated. Also, in the situation where boosters are appropriate to get people boosted because we know they can help greatly in diminishing infection and diminishing advanced disease.” [Source: Breitbart]
In other words, Fauci disregarded the FDA, which has been highly leery of booster shots, and he is willing to ruin Christmas in order to get what he wants.
Moreover, during yet another endless public appearance, this time on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Fauci also apparently thought it was a great idea to defend illegal migrants and blame Americans instead for the virus.
When anchor Dana Bush inquired, “are immigrants a major reason why COVID-19 is spreading in the United States?” Fauci provided a less than inspiring response.
“No, absolutely not. If you just look at the data and look at the people who have gotten infected, look at the people who are in the hospital, look at the people that died. This is not driven by immigrants. This is the problem within our country, the same way it’s a problem with other countries throughout the world ….
The idea when you have 700,000 Americans dead and millions and millions and millions of Americans getting infected that you don’t want to look outside to the problem. The problem is within our own country. Certainly, immigrants can get infected, but they’re not the driving force of this. Let’s face reality here.” [Source: Fox News]
Let’s face the “reality” that tens of thousands of unvaccinated migrants are allowed to roam around the nation, while American citizens must produce a negative COVID test to return back into the United States.
So, in other words, the “reality” Fauci wants Americans to face is that is that Fauci is more eager to defend COVID-positive illegal migrants than Americans themselves, pretty much aligning with the standard values of the Biden administration.
In addition, another dark “reality” is the fact that Democrats clearly do not want the pandemic to ever end …
